Along with Michelle, I have had the opportunity to work with one of your organization's job coaches. Our coach, Erik, did a great job of helping our employee get acclimated to his new work environment. The coach seemed to learn quickly, which helped our training period go much faster with our new employee. Working with individuals who have disabilities is something that takes patience. Everyone learns at a different pace, which is an important thing to keep in mind. But once the learning process begins, there is no limit to what a person can achieve.
