Service: Provide exemplary service to the clients served regardless of their barriers, gender, race, beliefs, opinions or past history. Deliver professionalism to the referral sources and provide the services, guided by a person-centered philosophy, that they are requesting for their client

Advocacy: Promote and provide advocacy for the clients we serve by marketing their skill-set, abilities and desires to community employers. Recognize and address concerns in a professional manner and assist the client with finding the appropriate resources, if able
